Ask yourself:  When is the last time you did something you will remember for the rest of your life?
Ask yourself:  When is the last time you did something for someone else, that they will remember for the rest of theirs?

In June of 2022, I was the keynote speaker at the Rip N Lips Event for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.  I spoke in front of a couple hundred people, about my story.  From being a Wildland Hotshot Firefighter, to being diagnosed with a severe panic disorder, tipping me into a dark depression and coming seconds from almost taking my life.  After a year of silently suffering, I was ready to end it all.  On the contrary, it was time to fight back and overcome the adversity we will all certainly face.  I fought my demons head on and rode my bicycle 3,5000 miles across the country.  To find peace and clarity in my own mind, to raise awareness about mental health and illness, in being vulnerable and authentic with my story and also to raise money for charity.  I succeeded all three of my goals and now I wish to help others.  That weekend I spoke, Rip N Lips raised over 75,000$ for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.  It was humbling and a true privilege to be a part of such a special event.

I have been featured on several podcast, newspapers, television interviews and magazines.  Along with speaking at this charity event, I have spoken and worked with hundreds of adolescents and young adults.

*** I can specifically tailor my speaking towards any audience, for any event, live or over a zoom call.
